Pehle samjho: digital marksheet aur printed marksheet alag cheez hain

Log yahan do bilkul alag kaam karte hain aur ek hi sawaal poochhte hain. Pehla case hai printed marksheet ya certificate, jisme photo chipkana hota hai. Doosra case hai PDF marksheet ya online form, jisme photo file upload karni hoti hai. Pehle wale me aapko print size chahiye, doosre me pixels aur KB chahiye.

Agar aap PDF ke andar photo lagane ki koshish kar rahe hain, to yaad rakhiye ki PDF ek fixed layout hai. Aap usme seedha photo nahi daal sakte jaise Word me daalte hain. Sabse saaf tarika hai photo ko pehle sahi size me crop karna, phir use PDF ke saath merge karna ya naya PDF banana.

Photo ka sahi size kya hona chahiye

Zyadatar Indian forms aur marksheet ke liye 3.5 cm by 4.5 cm ya 2.5 cm by 3.5 cm photo maangi jaati hai. Pixels me 3.5 by 4.5 cm ka matlab 300 DPI par 413 by 531 pixels hota hai. Agar form 200 DPI maangta hai to 276 by 354 pixels kaafi hain.

Signature ke liye 3.5 cm by 1.5 cm common hai, jo 300 DPI par 413 by 177 pixels banta hai. Photo aur signature dono ka background white ya halka hona chahiye, aur chehra frame ke 70-80 percent hisse me hona chahiye. Topi, dark glasses aur shadow se rejection hoti hai.

Photo ko sahi size me crop karna

Photo kholiye, crop box ko chehre ke around set kariye, aur exact 3.5 by 4.5 cm ya 413 by 531 pixels choose kariye. Browser me ye kaam ek resizer tool se hota hai jisme cm, mm, inch aur DPI teeno option hote hain. Aapko manually calculate karne ki zarurat nahi.

Crop ke baad background check kariye. Agar background grey ya peela hai aur form white maangta hai, to background remove karke white laga dijiye. Ye step zyadatar log skip karte hain aur phir form reject ho jaata hai.

KB limit me fit karna (20 KB, 50 KB, 100 KB)

Photo size sahi hone ke baad bhi file KB me badi reh sakti hai. 413 by 531 pixels ki JPG photo normally 40 se 80 KB ki hoti hai. Agar form 20 KB maangta hai to quality kam karni padegi, lekin blindly nahi.

Exact KB compressor me target likhiye, jaise 20 KB ya 50 KB. Tool quality ko step by step adjust karta hai aur exact limit ke andar file banata hai, bina dimensions badle. Isse photo blur nahi hoti aur form accept kar leta hai.

PDF marksheet me photo kaise lagaye

Sabse practical tarika: photo ko 3.5 by 4.5 cm me crop kariye, 50 KB se neeche compress kariye, phir photo aur marksheet PDF ko ek saath merge kariye. Agar marksheet me pehle se photo ki jagah hai, to naya PDF banaiye jisme pehla page photo ka ho aur baaki pages marksheet ke.

Kuch log photo ko screenshot lekar PDF me paste karte hain. Ye kaam karta hai lekin quality kharab hoti hai aur print me dhundhla dikhta hai. Direct image se PDF banana behtar hai, kyunki usme original resolution bacha rehta hai.

Rejection ki 6 common wajah

Photo reject hone ki wajah almost hamesha yehi hoti hai: galat dimensions, KB limit se zyada size, coloured background, shadow chehre par, photo purani ya blur, aur signature ka background transparent hone ki jagah black aana.

Upload se pehle teen cheezein check kariye: dimensions, file size, aur background. Ye teen theek hain to 95 percent forms accept kar lete hain.

Real problems

Phone scans look bad for three fixable reasons

A phone photo of a document is not a scan, and the difference shows up immediately: the page is a trapezoid instead of a rectangle, one side is darker than the other, and the text sits at a slight angle. All three are geometry and lighting problems, not camera problems, and all three can be fixed.

The shadow is usually your own. Holding the phone above the page blocks the ceiling light and casts a hard band across the paper. Move so the light comes from the side, or use two light sources, or shoot near a window in the morning. If you can only use one lamp, put it far to one side and accept a gentle gradient — a gradient can be corrected later, a hard shadow edge cannot.

For the geometry, shoot from directly above with the phone parallel to the page. If you cannot, crop the four corners afterwards and let the tool correct the perspective. Then convert to greyscale and raise contrast slightly: paper becomes white, ink becomes black, and the file gets smaller because there is less colour information to store.

Fix it in this order

  • Light from the side, never straight down from above the phone.
  • Keep the phone parallel to the page to avoid perspective skew.
  • Convert to greyscale for text documents — smaller and more readable.
  • Raise contrast until the paper is white, not grey.
  • Scan at 200 DPI for text, 300 DPI only when there are photographs or stamps.
